Is ModSignal really free?
Yes. Every core feature — the alerts, analytics, escalation, auto-threads, member feedback — is free. Premium is how servers who want to chip in unlock cosmetic and convenience extras.
Can I cancel Premium any time?
Yes. Discord subscriptions are managed in your Discord user settings. Ko-fi memberships can be cancelled from your Ko-fi dashboard. Premium stays active through the end of the paid period.
What happens if Premium expires?
ModSignal drops back to the Free plan. Your settings stay intact; premium-only features quietly deactivate until you renew. No data is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Discord handles refund requests through their platform. Ko-fi monthly memberships are cancelable per-month. Lifetime donations can be refunded within 14 days if the associated Premium has not been used meaningfully — contact support.
Does Premium cover my entire server or just me?
Premium is per-server. A single subscription upgrades one guild. If you manage multiple servers, each needs its own Premium.
